First Meeting of 2019-20

16/10/2019

Our Student Council held our first meeting today. We started off by talking about our role in the school and how we have to represent all of the boys and girls in our school.

We then decided on our positions on the committee. They are:
 • Chairperson - Tadhg
 • Vice- Chairperson - Emma Rose
 • Treasurer - Elliot
 • Vice-Treasurer - Fionn
 • Secretary - James
 • Vice-Secretary - Lily W.
 • Website Officers and Social Media Reps - Lily/Ava

We talked about the budget that we have to work with for the year and we have to think of realistic ways of spending our budget. We plan to meet with the Active School Committee to see if we can work together on a few ideas. We talked about some plans that we have for the near future:
 • Setting up an injury chair
 • Getting nets for the goals
 • Buying games for the yard for children who don't like playing sport.
We actually have lots of other plans that we can't share just yet! But we'll keep you all updated, don't worry :-)
Thank you,
Lily G and Ava.

What are some of the discussed plans for the near future mentioned in the article, and why are they being considered? regard Telkom University
