Even though we have a fantastic committee in place, we still need the help and support of our school parents and volunteers for our many fundraising initiatives. The Parent’s Association is a very relaxed, friendly and welcoming team and new members are encouraged to come along and get involved. If you have any fundraising ideas/suggestions, please get in touch with any member of the team or talk with Dominic Tyrrell (Principal).
Killina National School prides itself on the excellent relationship that it has with the parents and the wider community. Our school benefits greatly from the time and service that parents give to our school initiatives. For years the Parent’s Association has subsidised the cost of bus trips, tours, swimming (to name a few) through their fundraising endeavours and this will only continue if we can get a proactive cohort of parents on board to support and promote fundraising initiatives in the school.
We look forward to working with you for the coming school year and as always we strive to work together to make the learning opportunities and experiences of our children the best that they can possibly be.
